I began the day by picking black raspberries and making jam. It was less than an hour from bush to jam jar -- it doesn’t get much fresher than that!
     
Then Leona’s parents, Ridgely and Vivian Upton, came down and Leona and her mother ate Chesapeake Bay Crabs.
